Delivery time and shipping costs

After an order has been successfully paid and confirmed, the delivery time and shipping costs will be displayed on your order confirmation page. You will also receive an order confirmation email with information about the processing time for your order.

Processing your order may take 3-10 days. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.  You will receive a shipping notification with the delivery time for each package as soon as it is shipped. You will receive a tracking number when the package is ready. You can also view this delivery time under each package in your order history.

In most cases, your order will be delivered within the delivery time. However, the actual delivery date may be affected by flight arrangements, weather conditions, and other external factors. Please check your tracking information for the most up-to-date delivery date.

Delivery problems

If your package has not been delivered, or your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact our customer service immediately and within 90 days of the order date.

Report a violation

​

(1) To submit a notification of intellectual property infringement, you must be the rights owner who owns the reported intellectual property or an agent authorized by the rights owner to submit notifications on the rights owner's behalf.

(2) We will review the relevant offers or content upon receipt of your report. Please note that any report to us must be made in good faith and submitted under oath.

(3) The sender of the notification must be registered with our online portal for reporting intellectual property infringements ("IP Portal"). Your notification should include the following information:

• Specific identification of the intellectual property that you claim is being infringed, including the registration number, written description of the copyrighted work, link to the copyrighted work, first use/publication date, etc.

• Type of infringement (whether the infringement occurs on the product, the physical product packaging, an image on the product detail page, or in the text on the product detail page).

• List of infringing products (URLs for the product details page of the specified product).

• List of infringing parties.

• Supporting documents or other information that will help us process your complaint (e.g. order numbers for test purchases for the products you are reporting).

• Your contact details (name, address, telephone number and email address).

• Further information required by applicable law.
